With our technology, we produce ecological materials using agricultural waste products.
Free of toxic components, without the need for new crops and with low carbon footprint processes.
How do we do it?
The process consists of two phases that make up a circular economy.
First, the agricultural waste is transformed into Feltwood Raw Material.
Second, Feltwood Raw Material is moulded to make the final products.
Agriculture and food processing do generate a large amount of waste not suitable for food. With these vegetable remains of lettuce or artichoke, for example, and through a transformation process, Feltwood Raw Material is produced, an ecological industrial material.
In addition, in some cases, an organic fertilizer of excellent properties is obtained as a byproduct.
Manufacturing companies mould Feltwood Raw Material to make the products demanded by their customers. Products are recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. 100% vegetable fibers, free of plastics, adhesives or binders.
Given its versatility, our materials can be used in a large number of applications, which allows us to implement our technology in a wide range of productive sectors.
